Marguerite Parent / Owner & Stylist
Marguerite has always had a natural talent and love for doing hair. Her original plan was to attend cosmetology school immediately following high school, but unfortunately it wasn’t meant to be...then. However 18 years later she persevered and finally turned her dream into a reality. She founded Alchemy Salon & Day Spa in August of 2008 and has built the business based on her complete faith in the power of unity and community; everyone working together for the greater good. Nothing makes Marguerite happier than being able to make someone else feel good, whether it’s a client or a co-worker. The group of individuals that comprise Alchemy have truly been a Godsend to her, as they’ve helped her move in the direction she was destined to go. She completed 2 years of hands-on training, absorbed invaluable tips and tricks from 6 different stylists and received her cosmetology license in February of 2011. She's been trained in and works primarily with the All-Nutrient® certified organic color line for its superior gray coverage, heavy pigmentation as well as being a nationwide color manufacturer, headquartered right here in Manchester. She has extensive product knowledge of KENRA®, Moroccanoil®, DevaCurl®, and Shellac® to name a few. She continues to attend cutting, foiling and styling classes regularly. Marguerite is steadily building her clientele, with tremendous positive feedback, and welcomes new clients of all ages.

Bekki Licciardi / Independent Stylist
Bekki is a graduate of Continental Acadamie of Hair Design and has been licensed for over 8 years. She has extensive knowledge of Matrix SoColor®, Pravana®, and Shades EQ® color lines. Bekki was one of the original employees when Alchemy first opened in August of 2008, and has been an invaluable asset to the owner. She’s now an independent stylist and sells the full line of Bain De Terre® as well as Biolage® and Kids Fairy Tales® products. Bekki specializes in corrective color, cutting, texturizing, and up-do's as well as facial waxing, manicures and pedicures.

Brittney DePiero / Salon Stylist
Brittney is a graduate of Empire Beauty School, and joined Alchemy in November 2011. Brittney's passion is hair. She grew up surrounded by stylists, as her mother is also a stylist who ran her own salon. She's trained in the All-Nutrient color line and specializes in cutting and dimensional foiling. She's worked at Not So Plain Jane's as well as Jacque's Pastries, two well-known businesses at the top of their game. Brittney also provides relaxing manicures and pedicures, including Shellac.

Cindy Rocha / Independent Stylist
Cindy is a graduate of Continental Acadamie of Hair Design and has been licnesed for over 20 years. She's attended boot camps with Michael Cole and razor cutting/texturizing workshops with Robert Croemans from Paul Mitchell. Cindy is an All-Nutrient color specialist and is trained in creative foiling and coloring. Cindy formerly owned a salon for over 7 years, which she sacrificed to start a family, but has always remained a hands-on stylist. Her love of the industry keeps her striving to learn new techniques and trends to offer her clients. Cindy joined Alchemy in October 2009.

Courtney Paris / Salon Stylist
Courtney is a graduate of Michael’s School of Hair Design, a Paul Mitchell Partner School and joined Alchemy in May 2010. She’s trained in All-Nutrient color and KENRA, Macadamia Oil and DevaCurl products. Courtney attends various coloring, texturizing and foiling classes as well as hair shows. She specializes in creative foiling techniques, cutting, updo’s and facial waxing. Courtney also does amazing natural nail manicures and pedicures (including Shellac). She’s been thriving in this industry that she loves and you can see her enthusiasm for it the moment you meet her!

Jenn is a graduate of Empire Beauty School and has been licensed for over 8 years. She specializes in cutting, dimensional coloring, foiling, chemical texturizing, hair and scalp treatments, facial waxing as well as bridal / formal up-do's. She also trained in Los Angeles at Spa Ritual® for product knowledge and manicure, pedicure and body treatment protocols. She offers Spa Ritual manicures and pedicures in addition to her hair services. Jenn uses Kevin Murphy® hair care products and Kadus® and All-Nutrient® color. She joined Alchemy in November 2009.

Lisa Kress / Independent Stylist
Lisa is a graduate of Continental Academie of Hair Design and has been a licensed cosmetologist for over 20 years. In December of 2008, after having owned a salon for 12 years, Lisa decided it was time to simplify her life and joined Alchemy as an independent stylist. She has extensive knowledge of color theory and practice and strives to offer more health conscious brands of haircolor lines for her clients. She currently uses Natrique, a haircolor line from Ireland that is an environmentally friendly, odor-free, ammonia-free color -- healthier and more gentle on hair without compromising beautiful and lasting color results. For clients who wish to use completely non-toxic haircolor, she offers Eco-Color, a professional line of permanent non-toxic hair color. Lisa’s passion lies in haircoloring and multi-dimensional foiling techniques. She is also a certified yoga instructor.

Lynn is a graduate of The School of Nail Design in Bedford, NH and has been a licensed Nail Professional for more then 11 years and a CND Education Ambassador for more then 5. Lynn's extensive training in all aspects of her field as a CND Education Ambassador allows her to be on the cutting edge of her industry. She is also a certified Reflexologist, and a Level 3 Master Pedicurist with the North American School of Pedicuring. Lynn specializes in CND Shellac services. She joined Alchemy Salon & Spa in August 2011.

Sherry Souza-Fereira / Independent Esthetician
Sherry is a graduate of the Esthetics Institue in Concord, NH and has been licensed for over 10 years. She has attended several different spa conferences in Orlando and Las Vegas to further her training and is certified in microderm abrasion, chemical peels and makeup artistry. Sherry offers various esthetic services including facials, microderm abrasion, waxing, pedicures, body treatments and make-up applications. Sherry is a trained specialist in Youngblood Cosmetics® and BioElements® skin care products. Sherry joined Alchemy in May 2009 and was recently voted best facial in NH by Applaud NH Magazine.

Sonya was also an educator in the cosmetology program at Manchester School of Technology during the 2008-2009 school year. Sonya specializes in coloring, foiling, cutting, styling and updo’s. Robert (Bobby) Nolin / Indpendemt Stylist
Bobby has been a licensed stylist for over 40 years. He joined Alchemy in December 2008 and brought with him a wealth of knowledge, an enormous client base, and wonderful comic relief! Bobby had worked on Newbury Street in Boston for 17 years before moving back up to his native Manchester, NH. His incredible work ethic, talent, and overall charming personality make this guy really stand out in our eyes. He's got a pretty full book of clients, but is always willing to accept more.
